Vivian is a Senior Associate and practices in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Environmental, Planning and Local Government groups.
Vivian acts for clients in all state and federal jurisdictions, provides advice in relation to complex contractual disputes, and has wide ranging experience in various matters including construction disputes, intellectual property, claims for damages, debt recovery, enforcement of judgments and insolvency proceedings.
Vivian’s experience also extends to matters falling under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (NSW). Vivian regularly advises clients and has prepared many Adjudication Applications and Responses under the Act, as well as dealing with associated Supreme Court appeals.
Vivian has advocated for clients of the firm in Local, District, Supreme and Federal Court matters, as well as alternative dispute resolution including mediation.
Vivian has commercial acumen and understands the needs of businesses and individuals, she is compassionate and is committed to providing quality and timely advice and assistance.
