Mary is a solicitor in the Family Law group.

Mary completed her double degree of Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts-Marketing at Macquarie University in November 2022 and completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law in May 2023. She was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in August 2023.

Prior to her admission, Mary worked as a paralegal at a boutique law firm in Bella Vista specialising in family law. Post admission, Mary continued to work at a specialist law firm specialising in family law before joining Matthews Folbigg.

Mary is passionate about helping individuals navigate challenging times to achieve amicable and cost-effective resolutions to family law matters as an alternative to litigation. She approaches each matter with empathy, understanding, and pragmatism, aspiring to deliver a client focused solution.

My family were clients for over 50 years spending hundreds of thousands with the founder Paul Matthews (now retired) . We found out last month the partner looking after us had left with out notice for which we received no letter or continuity and the firm basically was not interested in helping or finding another solicitor or even providing any advice. This is my first time in transacting with Matthewsfolbigg which I did while purchasing a property. My dealings were mainly with Jeannette Limbo who went above and beyond any other solicitor that I have used when transacting for a property. At every stage I was contacted by Jeanette to update me personally and follow up with an email. She is unbeleivably pleasant, easy to work with, meticulous and takes her work to heart. As an example, our settlement was to take place at 2:30 on the Friday. It was imperative that we settle on Friday but we hit a technical snag at our bank. Jeanette spent the whole day on the phone with the banks and the other solicitor to try to get things done and stayed after work on a Friday until we finally settled. It was really nice to see how happy Jeannette was when it was done, we were definately not a number. We were a person who needed the job done. I read another review where someone called her a superstar. I agree. Thank you Jeanette.
