Swetha joined the Commercial and Corporate Group as a Solicitor in April 2023.
Swetha completed her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Macquarie University in 2019 and her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2020. Swetha was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in June 2021. Prior to joining Matthews Folbigg, Swetha worked in a boutique generalist law firm for nearly three years where she gained experience in Commercial, Property and Litigation matters.
Swetha has acted for several developers and builders purchasing land for development and off-the-plan sale, business sale and purchase transactions, commercial contracts, franchise agreements, leases, directors and company disputes and debt recovery matter as well as assisted in various Supreme Court and District Court matters.
Swetha enjoys the unique challenges of commercial and corporate law and is passionate about delivering client-focused solutions.
