We will consider the formation of a contract, who can enter into a contract if there is a company involved and how they can be varied and terminated. We will also look at legislation designed to protect consumers and small businesses against unfair contracts.
Phillip’s expertise is in corporate and business law. He is a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Business Law and advises corporate and individual clients on a wide variety of commercial matters. His clients range across many areas including the transport, medical, manufacturing, liquor, club, pharmacy and property sectors.
Phillip is actively involved in the community. He is a past President of the Rotary Club of Parramatta City and also a committee member of two smaller charities.
